CareerMasters is a structured, year-long programme running from October to June, designed to fit alongside students’ academic commitments while delivering meaningful, real-world experience.

Through a blend of workshops, team projects, mentorship, and work placements, students gain practical skills, professional exposure, and the confidence to take their next step. From building CVs and preparing for interviews, to collaborating on business ideas and tackling real community challenges, the programme is designed to develop both capability and character.  The experience culminates in one-on-one mentorship and hands-on work placements, giving students direct insight into their chosen career paths.
